1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Cupboards & Goods booking system, you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
We provide a booking system for kitchen consultations where you can:
- Book design meetings with our experts
- Share your vision and project details
- Upload measurements and drawings
- Participate in video consultations
3. User Account and Bookings
When you book a consultation:
- You are responsible for providing accurate information
- You commit to attending booked meetings
- For rescheduling or cancellations, contact us at least 24 hours in advance
- We reserve the right to cancel meetings under extraordinary circumstances
4. Calendar Integration
Google Calendar is used to display available times, create meetings and send reminders. Access can be revoked via Google account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in the booking system is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Cupboards & Goods.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cupboards & Goods is not liable for service interruptions, data loss or consequential damages.
7. Changes
Terms may be changed at any time and apply upon publication.
8. Applicable Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts.
